Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja has been questioned in connection with a rape case. Ahuja's teenaged maid has filed a complaint alleging that the actor had raped her while they were alone at the actor's flat on Sunday.
It's really a breaking news for me......He's one of mine favorite on his acting.How can he do this?
Shiney Ahuja (born 15 May 1973) is an Indian actor, who won Filmfare Best Debut Award for Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi in 2006.
Ahuja was born in New Delhi. His father was in the Indian army and mother hails from Kerala.His early schooling was at St. Xavier's School, Ranchi, whereafter, he studied at The Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi. His initial plans were to join the armed forces. While studying at Hans Raj College University of Delhi from 1992-1996, he was attracted to Theater and joined the Barry Johns Acting School in Delhi. Sometime after 1996, he moved to Mumbai.Ahuja is married to Anupam Ahuja and has a daughter.
But what's wrong with this man........ohh i am sorry "What's wrong with his maid.she was born in MUmbai and only 18-19 years old.she have neither army nor well educated family background.

Every pepole ca'nt understand a woman's feelings and her moral.
I do'nt know who is the lier Ahuja or his maid.Now this case have running in the court and media.
But i think so a rapist should get capital punishment for this gruesome crime, especially if he is a celebrities.

better remember that. i'm a woman.. i understand but please.. we all know there are all kinds of people in this world who can stoop down to any sort of measures to earn a few bucks!!
ok some people can stoop down for money or few bucks but may be a celebrities are much stoop down for his stardom.......s'it?
i am not talking about a woman who's wanna earn a few bucks or a celebritie who want stardom .....Truth is something which only the two people know who actually went through those moments. rest all are stories and conclusion!!!!!!!!
but I think every people deserves to be in prison who do this type of crime. Although, the rape has not been proven, somehow celebrities walk away with sympathies. Everyone has seen the trials of stars like Sanjay Dutt, Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan etc. It is a joke, they treat the law book as toilet paper. The first reaction citizens give is to put the blame on the maid, if in place of the maid there was a high society lady, it would've been termed as a blatant assault. Stop being biased because the victim is poor! Get out of this 19th century mentality. All citizens are equal and as you cannot term Shiny as a rapist you cannot term the girl as a fake till the verdict is out which I hope happens in our lifetime.
Ahuja is not new who has committed this crime in absence of his wife. In India every second rape case is happened but media fail to limelight it as these are becoming common cases and due to non-stringent laws males are taking advantage and in mostly cases culprit are going scott-free. At the end victim are usually made scape goat and all blame game is left on victim.
